Christ: in Gethsemane and Christ: Betrayal, Arrival in Garden -- Christ, nimbed, with joined hands raised, kneels at base of rocky outcrop, looking up toward break in clouds in which is angel extending with both hands, chalice with wafer (host) above. In foreground, three apostles, nimbed, sleep on ground. In background, Judas, holding sack in left hand, leads soldiers through gate. Scene in fenced garden with trees, bushes, rocks, and path. Hills in background.
