Left column:
Christ: Entry into Jerusalem -- Christ, crossed nimbus, right hand raised in gesture of blessing, holding book with left hand, is seated sideways on bridled ass. Three apostles, nimbed, one tonsured with joined hands, are behind the ass. At right small figure in tree raises knife in right hand; branches fall from the tree. In foreground at right, small figure holds garment on ground under foot of the ass. At right is gate of city surmounted by crennellated wall.
Caption, XPC FLEUIT SUP(ER) I(E)R(USA)L(E)M, is inscribed above miniature.
Right column:
Jeremiah: lamenting -- Jeremiah, crowned (sic), right hand to face, stands on crenellated parapet, above door, flanked by two towers.
