Evangelist Matthew, nimbed, sits (?) at lectern. Beside the lectern stands angel, nimbed, with joined hands raised. Scene in room with arched window, shelf with vessels, and curtain.
Margins with vignettes of various objects in architectural framework.
1) Left margin: Silver plate; covered gold vessel with handle; and silver vessel.
2) Right margin: Three silver vessels; horn, hanging from chain, above three covered gold vessels; cloth hanging above monstrance (?), covered chalice, and other vessel.
4) Lower margin: Peacock, surrounded by objects, including strand of pearls with jewel pendant; open book; pearls; stylus case; two vessels; and box.
