Christ: Betrayal and Arrest, and Apostle, Peter: cutting off Ear of Malchus -- Peter, nimbed and tonsured, raises right arm holding sword. Malchus, bleeding at right ear, raising right hand holding mace and holding lantern in left hand crouches before him. At right, Christ, nimbed, indicating Malchus with right hand, is kissed by Judas, holding left side of Christ with his left hand. Behind them is group of men, one wearing helmet (?) with feathers, others in chain mail, six holding spears, one holding bannered spear, others holding torch, mace, or lantern. Scene is set in landscape with tree on rocky outcrop, and flowering plants.
Margins decorated with border of foliate ornament. Within border, medallions enclosing foliate ornament, and head of man wearing headgear.
