Month, Occupation: February -- Before fireplace with fire, and andirons, man, wearing headgear, raising right hand, is seated on armchair, looking over left shoulder at woman, wearing headdress, carrying log on right shoulder with right hand, and bunch of twigs under left arm. Behind her is cupboard (?) on which are two bowls. Scene in windowed room.
