Nun (personification of hypocrisy), veiled, holds in right hand statue of monk (?) and crucifix. On her habit is inscription PAPELARDESE. She extends left hand, upon which is miter (?) toward man, wearing hat, with purse at waist, holding statues of bishop and cardinal over his left shoulder. Beneath him is inscription ERREVR. At left is woman (personification of impiety), wearing headdress, with hands raised. Below her is inscription, FAVLT DE FOY.
In background is building with portal and windows, inscribed LEGLISE.
Figures are surrounded by architectural frame, on top of which are two putti. At bottom of frame, third putto, as half figure, with four wings, emerges from scallop, and holds in both hands flowers, one of which is thistle.
