1) Roman de la Rose: Covetousness -- Below rod over which two garments are draped, woman, representing Personification of Covetousness, name inscribed CONUOITISE in rubric, holds two moneybags, one in right hand beside goblet above chest containing coins and the other in left hand beside vessel above chest containing coins. Figure against diapered background within frame of miniature decorated with foliate tendrils in left column.
