1) Apocalypse: Vial IV, Scorching Heat -- Beside open portal of building surmounted by weather vane, angel, pearled nimbus, pours out vial, before flaming sun in cloud. Hand of God emerges from cloud issuing flames falling on heads of group of men seated or prostrate on ground.
Background inscribed from Revelation 16:8, ET QUARTUS ANGELUS EFFUDIT FIALAM SUAM IN SOLEM ET DATUM EST ILLI EFFLIGERE HOMINES ET IGNE, from Revelation 16:9, ET ESTUARERUNT HOMINES ESTU MAGNO ET BLASPHEMAUERUNT NOMEN DEI HABENTIS POTESTATEM SUPER HAS PLAGAS NEQUE EGERUNT PENITENCIAM UT DARENT ILLI GLORIAM, and from Commentary of Berengaudus.

In group, standing men, including one wearing cap, stick out their tongues (in blasphemy) and gesticulate toward clouds above which is labelled inscription from Revelation 16:10, ET QUINTUS ANGELUS FIALA(M) SUA(M) EFFUDIT SUPER SEDEM BESTIE ET FACTUM EST REGNUM EIUS TENEBROSUM ET CONMANDUCAUERUNT LINGUAS SUAS PRE DOLORE, and from Revelation 16:11, ET BLASPHEMAUER(UN)T DEUM CELI P(RE) DOLORIBUS ET U(U)LN(ER)IBUS SUIS ET N(ON) EGERUNT PENITENCIAM EX OPERIBUS SUIS.
