Scene, Historical: Carthage rebuilt -- Among three men, one wearing brimmed hat over hood, one wearing veiled headgear and belted garment, and one wearing wide brimmed hat, all stand before city wall of Carthage with one tower, on which stands mason, among two other masons on the wall, one wearing headgear, holds trowel, and one wearing hood (?) raises pickaxe. Scene in landscape with trees and city in background. Figures and some architectural detail painted in grisaille.
