Christ: Presentation -- Prophetess Anna (?), wearing turban, and Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, holding doves in a cage in right hand, stand behind Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, holding in right arm nude infant Christ Child, with crossed rays as nimbus. Before the Virgin is altar, behind which stands Simeon of Jerusalem, nimbed, wearing high priest's vestments and hat resembling miter, with both hands raised, attended by man. In background are buildings.
Margins with moth and scattered naturalistic flowers, including columbine, iris, and strawberry.
