Shepherds: Annunciation -- Angel, nimbed, as half figure, emanating rays, holding scroll inscribed PUER NATUS EST, appears in sky above two shepherds, both holding staves, one seated, wearing hat, raising right hand, and the other looking toward the angel and raising right hand. Scene in landscape with flock of sheep, trees, hills, and distant city with banners flying from turrets.
Margins with ivy-rinceaux, vinescroll, and floreate ornament, with foliate baguettes framing miniature and textblock.
