Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, kneeling on cushion, rests left hand on open book atop draped drum-shaped prie-dieu. Before her, Archangel Gabriel, holding scepter with left hand, with right hand gestures up toward nude infant, hovering above them, holding cross on right shoulder with both hands. Above Him dove of Holy Ghost descends amid rays. In foreground is vase containing lilies. Canopied bed is in background.
Scene in building decorated with architectural ornament. On roof of building, two men, possibly prophets, wearing hats, gesturing; third figure on cupola largely trimmed away. Beyond building, landscape with trees and hills.
