Christ: mocked, and Christ: before Caiaphus -- Within room, Christ, decorated crossed nimbus, blind-folded, is seated in chair, hands bound, scepter placed in lap. He is flanked by three tormentors. One tormentor, with pointed cap, spits on Christ. Second tormentor raises right arm and holds left hand to mouth, palm out. Third tormentor holds right arm up, hand behind Christ's head. Behind him appears head of fourth man. To right of Christ stands Caiaphas, wearing pointed cap, with left hand tucked in garment and right hand raised.
Miniature and text framed by decorative border of foliate design.
