Initial I:
Scene, Liturgical: Distribution of Agnes Dei -- Pope, wearing vestments and cap, seated next to basin on floor, places Agnes Dei wax piece on charger held by acolyte. Cardinal Domenico della Rovere, extending right hand, kneels one one knee before Pope. Five acolytes gather beyond central figures.
Scene occurs within initial I, decorated with foliage.
Margins:
Foliate border, including rosettes and medallions, frames text.
In medallion in upper border, God, half-figure, raises right hand in blessing and looks down.
In medallion in right border, two angels, half-figures, hold scroll.
In medallion in lower border is Lamb of God, holding banner, imprinted on wax piece, encircled by seraphim.
