Roman de la Rose: Scene, Pygmalion making Amends to Image -- Pygmalion, name inscribed in scroll, wearing pouch with knife at waist, partly kneels, with left hand holding two sculpting tools, including chisel, and with right hand presenting ring toward statue of female figure with head inclined toward him and right hand raised to breast.
