Heraldry, French: Louis Adhémar de Monteil -- Escutcheon decorated with the heraldry of Louis Adhémar de Monteil: quarterly 1 and 4, bendy or and azure (Adhémar), gules a cross humetty or between four rosettes of the same; 2 and 3, gules a castle argent (Castellane), and gules a lion rampant argent on a canton ermine (Montfort-Campabosse)
; surmounted by crown and surrounded by two collars one knotted and interspersed with scallop shells of the Order of the Holy Spirit, and one of interlocking M's alternating with fleur de lis of the Order of Saint Michael, oval medallion of Archangel Michael (transfixing dragon?) and Maltese Cross of the Order of the Holy Spirit in which is dove; above all, out of torse on helmet, scrolling foliage.
