Magi: Adoration -- Joseph the Carpenter, holding crutch in right hand and removing his cap with left hand, sits beside Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, wearing jeweled crown, holding in her lap partially draped Christ Child, with crossed nimbus, extending both hands to vessel of gold coins with lid removed, held by kneeling magus. Behind the magus stand other two magi, both crowned and holding covered vessels in their right hands. In background is shed with cloth hangings, and distant landscape with trees and hills. Above is sun or star emanating rays.
