George of Cappadocia: slaying Dragon -- George of Cappadocia, nimbed, mounted on horse, wearing armor and surcoat inscribed with cross, transfixes dragon with lance held in right hand. To right, princess, crowned, kneels with joined hands raised, in field. Beyond, several figures, including king, look on from tower in castle.
Miniature and text framed by foliate border decorated with flowers.
