Miniature:
Christ: Parable, Lazarus and Dives -- Dives and woman are seated at table, draped with cloth with pseudo-inscriptions, with platter with meat, loaf and bowls. Beside table, man supports himself with staff. Two dogs, followed by third, lick wounds of Lazarus, legs wrapped and bleeding, standing within doorway. He holds clapper in right hand and keg in left hand.

Below miniature, historiated border frames text.
In left border, God, rayed cross as nimbus, seated amid clouds emitting rays of light, holds nude soul of Lazarus, hands raised in prayer.
Below, demons, amid flames, some winged, torment nude soul of Dives.
