Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- Gabriel, holding scepter with left hand and indicating with right hand dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed. The dove hovers amid rays above Virgin Mary, nimbed and orant, kneeling at prie-dieu on which is open book. She is turning back to look toward Gabriel. In background is canopy, and statue on wall.
