Virgin Mary: Presentation -- Joachim, nimbed, wearing hat and hood, and Anna, nimbed and veiled with wimple, raising right hand, holding book in draped left hand stand next to flight of stairs. Angel extends right arm across back of young Virgin Mary, nimbed, carrying bag in right hand, near top of the stairs. High priest, wearing triple-crowned tiara and cope, stands in doorway, extending hands toward Mary.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament. Three scrolls inscribed UIRGO SEMPER MARIA STIRPE NATA REGIA DAUID PROCESSIT PRESAPIA; A NAZARETH ORIUNDA U(ER)SAT(UR) IN SO(M)PNA ET I(N) TE(M)PLO ILLIC S(AN)C(T)O NU(T)RIT(UR) IUE(N)CULA; PLACITA ENIM ERAT DEO ANIMA ILLIUS.
