Nine saints, including two bishops, wearing miters and vestments, one with crozier, and one pope, wearing triple-crowned tiara and vestments, holding staff, stand. All with fluted nimbi. Figures in vaulted room.
Margins decorated with border of floral and foliate ornament inhabited by beetle. In lower margin, male figure holds basket of eggs, approaching bird with wings spread (Scene, Burlesque: Almsgiveing).
