Anna, Virgin Mary and Christ Child -- Anna, veiled, with rays as nimbus, sits holding open books with pseudo inscription. On ground before her sits Virgin Mary, wearing fillet, with rays as nimbus, holding flower in left hand to nude infant Christ Child, with crossed rays as nimbus, seated in her lap. Flanking them are four angels, kneeling with joined hands raised.
Margins with scattered thistles, looped cords, and the initials GAL three times. In lower corners are heraldic crests. On the left an escutcheon with the Croesinck arms (quartered, 1 and 4, azure, three tumblers argent, 1 and 3, gules, a lion rampant or, armed and langued azure; mantling, azure and argent; crest: on a torse, gules and or, a figure, or, holding up a goblet between two wings, argent). On the right, supported by a griffon, an escutcheon with the Alkemade arms (argent, a lion rampant sable, armed and crowned or) impaled by the Croesinck arms.
