Text: Te Deum.
Initial T decorated with geometric ornament.
In left margin, trellis of foliage, decorated with interlace, including man, armed with sword, clambering shaft entwined by three fantastic animals, one biting his foot, and another nude hairy (?) man pulling tail of the fantastic animal.
On bar border formed by fantastic animal, biting its leg, in lower margin, female warrior, wearing berbette, armed with shield charged with Boisleux, thrusting spear into torso of knight, wearing visor and chain mail, holding concave shield charged with Boisleux, shield charged with Neuville-Vitasse, and broken spear with banner charged with Neuville-Vitasse, and falling backwards.
Line ending: two heraldic escutcheons, one of Boisleux, and the other vert, a fess argent.
Line ending: man, in jaws of fantastic animal, playing pipe and tabor, before woman dancing.
Line ending: fantastic animal.
Line ending: hybrid animal with two bodies.
Line ending: two fantastic animals, one swallowing the other biting the first one.
