Divina Commedia, Inferno: Scene, Punishment of Barrators -- Winged devils, emitting fire from orifices, stand atop bridges and hover above tar pits, including some carrying nude souls of barrators and others catching souls with hooks. To right, group of devils with hooks gesture to Virgil, standing on bridge gesturing to Dante, wearing hat, crossing to opposite side.
