Virgin Mary and Christ Child -- Within rayed mandorla, Virgin Mary, pearled nimbus, crowned, veiled, sits on bench, holding on her lap Christ Child, cross-nimbed, partly nude, leaning toward left, with right hand indicating below Charles of Valois, in heraldic garment, and son, facing Catherine of Courtenay, wearing coronet, and three daughters, including Catherine of Valois, two wearing coronets, all kneeling with joined hands raised, in attitude of donors, on grass.
Above, in spandrels:
Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- At left, Gabriel, pearled nimbus, kneels with crossed arms. At right, Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, kneels with crossed arms at breast.
In upper margin, two escutcheons of Boisleux and Neuville-Vitasse (damaged).
