Moses: choosing Judges -- In left column, Moses, wearing hat, gesturing to right with both hands, is flanked by six men wearing hats, the foremost each gesturing with one hand.
Moses: communicating with God -- In right column, Moses, kneeling on one knee on rocky mound, extends both hands to Tables of Law, held in extended right hand of Christ-Logos as half-figure, crossed nimbus, gesturing with left hand, emerging from cloud-edged arc of Heaven.
