Pentecost -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, with joined hands, is seated on throne with open book on her lap. She is flanked by large group of men, nimbed, some seated, some with joined hands, arms crossed, or some orant; all look up toward dove of Holy Ghost hovering amid rays above Virgin Mary.
Miniature of grisaille and gold with painted accents, within Italianate architectural frame decorated with foliate capitals, horns, putto, winged mask or head and foliate ornament.
