Legend, Tristan and Isolde: Tristan taking Isolde to Tournament -- Group of knights wearing black armor follow Tristan, wearing hat, holding lance (incomplete ?) with right hand, astride bridled horse wearing face armor. Isolde, wearing hennin, sits sideways on horse with trappings next to him. At right, leading, knight wearing black armor, spurs, holding lance (incomplete ?) with right hand, is astride horse with face armor surmounted by fleur-de-lis, and caparison inscribed with initials P and A and pseudo-inscription. Scene in landscape.
