Magi: Adoration -- Eldest magus kneels and offers goblet to nude Christ child, rayed cross as nimbus, seated on lap of Virgin Mary, nimbed, sitting on ground. Joseph the Carpenter sits on ground behind them, hands raised. All figures within entrance to shed.
Outside the shed, middle-aged magus, crowned, kneels holding chalice and youngest magus, crowned, stands with left arm extended to receive chalice from kneeling servant.
In background stands crowd of figures and castle.
At bottom of miniature, two winged putti hold up text block and scroll inscribed CHASTE VIE LOVE RL.
