Within decorated initial A, Virgin Mary, scalloped nimbus, veiled, seated on bench, raises right hand and holds scepter in left hand. She is flanked by two nimbed angels, one of whom emerges from clouds on right.
Below, Hainricus Sacrista, tonsured, lies prostrate, hands extended, at feet of Virgin Mary.
