Apostle, Thomas: Incredulity and Christ: Ascension -- Apostle Thomas, nimbed, kneeling, raises right hand to touch, wound in side of Christ, cross-nimbed, partially draped, raising right hand in gesture of blessing, holding cross staff in left hand, bleeding from wounds in side, hands, and feet.
At right, Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, with joined hands raised, stands beside Apostle Peter, nimbed and tonsured holding open book in both hands. Behind them is group of nimbed Apostles. Above, Christ ascends through Clouds (only feet, bleeding from wounds, are visible).
In upper margin is inscription DAUID GOD IS OPGECLOMMEN IN HERTELIKER BLISCAP ENDE DIE HERE IN EEN STEM ME DER BAZUNEN
