Shepherds: Annunciation -- Amid sheep, two shepherds, one wearing hood, holding pedum with left hand and raising right hand, and the other, standing next to hat, playing bagpipe, look up toward bust of angel holding scroll inscribed GLORIA IN EXCELSIS DEO ET IN TE[RRA], amid rays in arc of heaven. Behind sheep is shepherdess, holding distaff and spindle. In background are hills, buildings, and body of water with swan.
Margins decorated with floreate ornament inhabited by rabbit. In lower margin, heraldic shield of Pierre de Bosredont (quarterly, vair and gules).
