Agatha of Catania, nimbed, kneels with joined hands raised before prie-dieu with open book with pseudo-inscription and two clasps. God, holding globe in left hand, appears in window and emits rays to Agatha. Scene in prison cell, with stone walls, barred arched window, and wooden door.
Margins with floreate and vinescroll ornament, in checkered pattern, inhabited by bird and winged fantastic animal.
