Virgin Mary: Coronation -- Virgin Mary kneels with joined hands raised, as Christ, partially draped, with cross-staff in crook of his right arm, places crown on her head. Beside Him is dove of Holy Ghost, amid rays, and God, wearing cross-surmounted triple crown tiara, seated on throne, raising right hand in gesture of blessing, and holding cross-surmounted globe with left hand. Behind them are eight angels, with joined hands raised.
Margins are decorated with floreate border, inhabited by wild man, raising club in right hand, left hand extended to breast of lion standing on hind legs.
