New Testament:
Christ: Pietà -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled with wimple, supports with right hand head of Christ, nimbed, with crown of thorns, wearing short loincloth. His body reclines on lap of Virgin Mary, holding His left arm with her right hand. Evangelist John holds with left hand, and kisses, left hand of Christ. Behind Virgin Mary is tau cross flanked by two Holy Women, veiled, holding draped hands to face.

Prophets:
At left, half-figure of prophet, wearing turban-like head gear, holding blank scroll with both hands; below, half-figure of Zechariah holding with both hands scroll with inscription cited as Zechariah 12.
At right, half-figure of Jeremiah, gesturing with right hand, holding with left hand scroll with inscription cited as Jeremiah 5; below, half-figure of prophet, right hand on breast, holding blank scroll with draped left hand.
Old Testament:
1) Josiah: Death -- Josiah, crowned and wearing knotted sash around head, with hands crossed on abdomen, reclines on draped bed with head on pillow. Jeremiah, hands grasping hair, woman, veiled, holding draped hand to face, and woman wearing cap all stand behind the bed. Step or box is in foreground next to the bed.

2) Jonathan Apphus: Death -- Jonathan, as soldier wearing armor, reclines on draped bed with head on pillow. Next to the bed are man grasping right leg of Jonathan, man wearing hood, with joined hands, woman wearing veil with wimple, hands clasped and raised above her head, and soldier, holding sword with right hand, and left hand to face.
