Magi: Adoration -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, seated, holds nude Christ Child, seated on her left hand, supported with her right hand. Eldest Magus, touching with his left hand, right foot of Christ Child, kneels before them, his hat with crown on the floor beside him. The second Magus, with joined hands, wearing a knotted sash, kneels on one knee, next to the first Magus. Behind them stands the third Magus, black, holding covered vessel with right hand, lifting with his left hand, hat with crown. Next to Virgin Mary is draped table on which are two covered vessels; Joseph the Carpenter is behind table. Bed is in background.
Scene in shed with thatched roof and windows.
Margins decorated with floreate border including rose and viola, and inhabited by moth.
