Virgin Mary: Assumption -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, in mandorla held by two angels, raises joined hands to God, nimbed, with left hand extended to hands of Virgin Mary. Scene in decorated initial G.
Border composed of bands enclosing portrait medallions alternating with geometric ornament or fleur-de-lis. Bands interrupted by lozenges and quatrefoils enclosing portraits of men and women.
