Initial M decorated with diapered infilling and with ascender of fantastic animal and descender of fantastic animal with webbed feet and two men, wearing cap, both clambering its tail entwined with another fantastic animal and dragon, both biting legs of one of the two men, the dragon's body surmounted by man, wearing cap, armed with sword and shield (buckler), in lower margin.
Line ending: fantastic animal.
Line endings: geometric and foliate ornament.
