Zone 1:
1) Ruth: given Barley by Boaz -- Boaz, wearing conical hat, stands beside barrel, emptying measure of barley into mantle held by Ruth. Illustration of Ruth 3:15.
2) Ruth: bringing Grain to Naomi -- Ruth, with barley in mantle, stands before Naomi, wearing wimpled veil, raising right hand, seated on chair in portal of building. Illustration of Ruth 3:16,17.
Zone 2:
Boaz: Compact with Kinsman -- Boaz, wearing conical hat, sits on chair, with feet on footstool, and raises his right hand. With his left hand, he points to kinsman seated on bench removing left shoe.
