1) Virgin Mary: Visitation -- Virgin Mary, nimbus as rays, with both hands extended toward Elizabeth, wearing fur-trimmed hood and with purse and dagger suspended from belt, partly kneeling, both flanked by angel and female attendant, wearing headdress.
Miniature, vignette, margins:
2) Christ Child: Infancy -- Christ Child, nimbus as rays, seated on stool with right hand holding spoon and with left hand holding bowl, before flaming fireplace with hood decorated with dishes and vessels, around the hearth are suspended utensils including possibly gridiron, pothook and tongs; kettle suspended over flames and bellows before the hearth.
