Hosea, nimbed, seated beside book on bench, places left arm around Gomer, wearing berbette and snood, arms raised, inclining her head towards him, possibly kissing his cheek. She is seated beside tree. In corner of initial U, head of Christ-Logos, cross-nimbed, emerges from cloudy arc of heaven.
