Nude man, one-legged, partially draped with mantle, right hand to face, indicating head with left hand, on initial I. Text is collect following ninth lesson of third nocturn for Matins on 12.28, feast of Holy Innocents. Man standing on pillow (?) in center margin, leaning into initial H, grasping side with right hand. Text is first lesson of first nocturn for Matins on fifth day after Christmas (Diebus ferialibus infra natiuitate). Margins decorated with floreate ornament with gold balls. Pen-flourished initials.
