Coat of arms (quarterly: 1-4, gules, three estoilles or with eight wavy points; 2-3, azure a chevron or, with a crescent argent), within blank space of textblock below text.
In left margin, foliate border decorated with pinks and gourds and inhabited by shepherd, kneeling on one knee, flanked by two sheep. He holds staff in right hand and raises left hand to eyes, glancing toward opposite folio depicting the Annunciation to the Shepherds.
