Christ: noli me tangere -- Mary Magdalen, nimbed, kneels with joined hands raised beside Christ, cross-nimbed, partially draped, extending right hand and holding cross staff in left hand. In background is wall, behind which is landscape setting with two figures. Scene in decorated initial I.
Top and bottom margins are decorated with floreate borders. In lower margin is cross-surmounted escutcheon with arms of Jean Coeur (azure, three hearts gules, on a fesse or three escallops argent), flanked by scrolls with inscription MORIR COVIE(N)T SOVE(NT) ADVIE(N)T ET NEN SOVIE(NT).
