David and Bathsheba: Bathsheba bathing -- David, wearing crown and armor, with hands raised, kneels on one knee beside harp on ground. At right, Bathsheba, nude, stands in fountain, with hands raised. Behind them are buildings of city. Above, in rayed arc of heaven, is half-figure of God, wearing triple crown tiara, raising right hand in gesture of blessing, and holding globe in left hand.
Margins are decorated with floreate border, including strawberries, daisies, and violas, inhabited by bear wrestling lion.
