Within initial S, Christ as half-figure, crossed nimbus, raising right hand in blessing, holding tri-partite globe with left hand. Bird standing on upper frame of initial. In lower margin, head of ram, extending mouth toward leaf, at terminus of pen flourish. Pen-flourished initials. Text is responsory following first lesson in first nocturn for Matins on 11.1, feast of All Saints.
