Avis aus Roys: Text, Book I, Chapter 32 -- Group of mounted soldiers, carrying sword and shield, lance, and standard, ride toward crowned king, wearing mantle, raising sword in right hand back toward soldiers and kneeling before stepped pedestal on which is crucifix. Figure of Christ, decorated nimbus, in loincloth, is affixed with three nails to cross, surmounted by titulus inscribed INRI.
