Christ: Type, Salvator Mundi -- Bust of Christ (as Salvator Mundi), crossed nimbus as rays, wearing cope fastened with jeweled morse, with right hand raised in blessing and with left hand holding tripartite globe surmounted with cross, before draped panel inscribed around edges with inscription SANCTVS DEVS SANCTIS [FORTIS] SANCTIS ET INMOR[TALIS]. Margins decorated with border of strewn flowers including tiger lily, rose, and pink, and inhabited by two bees. Miniature facing the beginning of prayer, Salve sancta facies.
