Apollonia of Alexandria: Scene, Torture -- One of two bearded tormentors, wearing bi-colored leggings, raises rod toward Apollonia of Alexandria, nimbed, nude to waist, bound to column, and the other with pincers removes her teeth, blood issuing from her mouth. Scene in room with barred window with low screen.
Margins decorated with border of floral and foliate ornament inhabited by hybrid man wearing hat, with snail's body, wears hat and holds rod in left hand and by male figure.
